House rules

Users should at all times notify Studio Spierings as soon as possible when there is something they need or when something is wrong.

Users should be mindful to themselves and others.

Users should leave the studio and other area’s tidy and clean up after themselves. If the studio or common area’s are not clean an additional cleaning fee of 50,- Euros will be charged.

It is not allowed for the users to step or walk n the rounding of the infinity cove. This can damage the wall. The user is liable for any damage done to the studio and will be charged for the repair.

It is not allowed to smoke in the Studio or other areas. Please do not throw cigarette buds on the ground.

The use of drugs is not allowed in and around the studio.

Users should be mindful of the neighbours of Studio Spierings. Please do not play music too loud or make too much noise. When we receive complaints we will terminate your session.
